CANCELLATION POLICY – ASTER GUEST HOUSE
Cancellation Charges for individual bookings
- If cancelled 72 hours prior to the arrival date full refund will be processed. There will be 5% cancellation charges in case payment is done via Credit/Debit card.
- If cancelled within 0-72 hours prior to Check In date, 50% of the booking amount will be charged and balance will be refunded, subject to deduction of 5% cancellation charges in case payment is done via Credit/Debit card.
- For long stay bookings made of 10 days and above, the cancellation with refund should be done at least 2 weeks before.
